Brakes:
Limited Warranty:
- Your new brakes come with FREE
replacement coverage for Pads,Shoes,
and Linings (labor included) for
12,000 miles or 12 months, WHICHEVER
COMES FIRST.
Lifetime Warranty:
- Effective 1/01/01 your new brake
pads and shoes have FREE replacement
coverage for as long as you own
your vehicle. Labor is FREE for
12 months or 12,000.
- Original equipment dealer brake
pads installed at Direct Tire
& Auto Service come with the
manufactures warranty. Labor is
excluded.
- On ALL brake
repairs (limited or lifetime),
we offer 12 month replacement
coverage for any hydraulic parts
installed including labor.
- THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER
PARTS DAMAGED OR WORN DUE TO OTHER
BRAKE COMPONENT FAILURES WHEN
THOSE COMPONENTS ARE NOT COVERED
BY OUR WARRANTIES.
Shocks & Struts
- Monroe, Koni, KYB, Boge, Bilstein,
Edelbrock, and Gabriel shock absorbers
installed at Direct Tire & Auto
Service come with a lifetime warranty
against defects and wear-out for
as long as you own your car. Labor
is excluded.
- Original Equipment shock absorbers
installed at Direct Tire & Auto
Service come with the manufacturers
warranty. Labor is excluded.
Suspension Components
- Non-factory suspension components
installed at Direct Tire & Auto
Service come with a lifetime warranty
against defects and wear-out for
as long as you own your vehicle.
Labor is excluded.
- All other mechanical parts
are covered by a 12 month/12,000
mile warranty,
WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Labor is
excluded.
Exhaust
- As indicated on front of invoice
- Limited Warranty: Your exhaust
system installed at Direct Tire
& Auto Service has a 1 year
or 12,000 mile warranty. WHICHEVER
COMES FIRST, Labor is excluded.
Tires
- Toyo
Effective April 1 1998, the Toyo
800 Ultra has an extended warranty
against wear-out, road hazards (pot-holes,
curbs, glass, etc.) and material
defects, but no coverage in the
event of vandalism, accidents, fire,
mechanical or alignment wear and
commercial use. If the tire becomes
unserviceable due to wear-out, road
hazards or material defects, bring
it to Direct Tire & Auto Service
and we will replace it FREE. To
maintain your free replacement warranty,
Direct Tire & Auto Service must
rotate & balance your tires
every 6,000 miles and align your
vehicle once a year, and this is
FREE. All Other Toyo Tires purchased
at Direct Tire & Auto Service
(except Spectrum & Low Profile)
have a 3 year warranty against road
hazards, but no coverage in the
event of vandalism, accidents, fire,
mechanical or alignment wear and
commercial use. Some models have
mileage warranties from the manufacturer,
which we will honor.
- Cooper
Effective 3/1/2000 all Cooper passenger
and light truck tires purchased
at Direct Tire & Auto Service
(except V & Z Rated and/or Low
Profile) have a 3 year warranty
against road hazards, but no coverage
in the event of vandalism, accidents,
fire, mechanical or alignment wear
and commercial use. Some models
have mileage warranties from the
manufacturer, which we will honor.
- Low Profile Tires There is No
Road Hazard Warranty on tires with
sidewall of 55 series & lower.
- 3 Year Road Hazard Policy. This
coverage, which must be purchased,
is in effect for three years from
the invoice date and covers the
original tire only. We will replace
your tire for FREE if it fails due
to any road hazard condition. There
is no coverage for fire, theft,
vandalism, or mechanical wear. There
is no coverage for wear-out due
to mileage considerations. Road
Hazard Warranty can be re-purchased
for the replacement tire at 10%
of the current price of the tire.
It is recommended for maximum
life and warranty compliance that
all tires be rotated and balanced
every 6 months or 6,000 miles which
we will do for FREE.
To ensure
that your tires are wearing correctly
we recommend that your alignment be
checked once a year, which we will
do for FREE. If realignment is needed
there will be a charge.
Warranty invoices and/or certificates
must be presented to receive warranty
coverage..
WARRANTIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
